About 10 min walk to The BLVD (downtown Lancaster) which has a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores and weekly outdoor events. Home is also about 2 min drive to Hwy 14, and about 1 hr from Los Angeles (if you're looking for a day trip).
Guest Access
You'll have the entire house to yourselves, except for the locked storage closet. You'll also have access to the driveway and backyard, which are shared with the guests in the guest house. There is a shared laundry room in the backyard, accessible through the kitchen.

This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is located in downtown Lancaster, close to restaurants and shopping. The home is tastefully decorated and includes free parking in the driveway, a backyard with lawn furniture, and on-site laundry. You'll have access to the entire house, except for the locked storage closet. The attached guest suite will be occupied by the other guests and is NOT included in this rental.

Please note that the attached guest suite will be occupied by the other guests during your stay. As this is a shared property, we ask that all guests respect each other's privacy, keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM, and not enter any areas that are not part of this rental. The outdoor area, including the backyard and laundry room, is shared with the other guests. The owners and/or management may enter the property at any time for maintenance or inspections. The video surveillance system is in use at the property and will be active during your stay.

Downtown Lancaster and the BLVD are within walking distance, and there's also a free shuttle that runs through the BLVD. There is ample parking on the street and in the driveway. Lancaster also has bus service through AVTA, and Ubers are typically available.
