Such a nice place to stay. Neighborhood was great. The house was clean. Beds were comfortable. It really felt like home. The hosts were awesome. Responded quickly. Neighbors were super friendly. 10/10.

Daniel and Grace were super responsive and very proactive at making sure my partner and I were comfortable. Location is excellent and really easy to walk to downtown SJ. The space was clean and easy to access. It’s a cozy space so perfect for 1-2 travelers who need a short-term stay.

I had a really comfortable stay! everything was clean and had everything I needed. Traveling with my two pets was easy and the space worked out great for us. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. Parking was easy with no issues. I’d definitely stay here again!

Daniel & Grace's place is very nice in a calm street of San Jose. The surrounding was really calm and nice. The downtown is just a metro ride away, and the metro runs every 20 minutes from Virginia. I would recommend it to anyone who's coming to San Jose and looking for an Airbnb.

The place was cozy and very comfortable. The location was great, as it was close to downtown San Jose. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the house. 😊

Upon check in, there were no towels available but the hosts were gracious and fast at responding. They quickly fixed the situation and contacted their cleaning crew to check on the towels and a few hours later, they brought them. They were responsive and friendly in navigating the situation!

This is my second time staying with Grace & Daniel. Both stays were and a great experience and frictionless. During my first day, I got confused with my car‘s GPS on where the property was located and called the phone number on the reservation. My call was answered instantly and (I believe Daniel) say it on the phone with me for about 10 minutes to make sure that I had no problem finding the property and getting checked in. The property is a great location, I’m not sure why my car’s GPS confused me haha. My second stay was even better since I knew where the property was haha. Super easy contactless check in/out and, property is perfectly as-described and well-cared for, and Grace & Daniel and their property management team are incredibly responsive in case there’s any issue. I thank them for welcoming me back for another stay and would (and will) definitely book with them again. : )

Amazing stay! Host was fantastic! Very accommodating. House was fantastic! My 12 year old absolutely loved the loft! Safe neighborhood. Fantastic huge yard! My family had a great time there and wish we could have stayed longer.

This was such a sweet little bungalow to stay in while I was at a conference! Everything was wonderful and the neighborhood was great. I wasn’t there too much due to the conference but would definitely stay there again, and Daniel and Grace were super responsive throughout. I felt bad I had disabled notifications so I didn’t get back to them when they sent such helpful info!
