Our 3BR/2BA home is completely remodeled in 2022. It offers a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, luxurious modern furnishings, AC, laundry room, 65" Samsung smart TV with spectrum TV services, fast mesh network WiFi (~450Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed, etc. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. You will be able to self check-in with smart lock, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep. An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date. To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Your door will be automatically locked in 30 seconds. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app if there are any changes in advanced.
Other Details to Note
Please note, you will be sharing the backyard with guests from a separate Airbnb unit which is a completely detached guest house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since the unit has a completely separate entrance and fence yard. We will ask everyone to respect the privacy of each others and our neighbors, no outdoor activities during the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am. For insurance purpose, please put down the exact amount of people who will be staying after midnight. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, we are currently planning on the dream outdoor space. You might occasionally see our landscaper come in and work on the yard on the weekly basis.
