Don't feel like driving to downtown? Just hop on to one of the Lyft bike (right in front of the house) and get to anywhere in downtown San Jose in less than 10 min.

Guest Access

Our 2BR/2BA home is completely remodeled (over 400K) in 2021. It offers a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, mid-century modern furnishings, AC, laundry room, smart TV, fast mesh network WiFi (~120Mbps), luxurious queen bed (Amerisleep AS2 - over $1,300 Mattress and Tempurpedic Cloud - over $1,700 Mattress), etc. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. You will be able to self check-in with smart lock, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep. An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date. To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Your door will be automatically locked in 30 seconds. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app if there are any changes in advanced.

Other Details to Note

We are proud of creating memories for our guests, so you are welcome to host a small get together if you let us know in advanced. Since all of our neighbors have our contact info, please messaged us exactly how many people will be visiting and staying in advanced and respect the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am. Additionally, please clean up and take away the trash after to prevent overflowing our trash can. We do have recycle bins dedicated for aluminum cans and plastic bottles (flatten them before putting them in). Please put glass and papers in the big recycle bin. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fee or excess trash if we have too much trash too early (Monday is our trash pick up), we need to physically take the trash out to dump and pay additional fees! DO NOT put trash in the recycle bin, they will refuse to pick up our trash! You will be sharing the backyard with guests from a separate Airbnb unit which is an attached guest house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since the unit has a completely separate entrance, address and parking. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, so you might see us occasionally working on landscaping or decorating the backyard.
