Amenities & check-in: Fresh linens, toiletries, and essentials provided. Professionally cleaned before each stay. Self check-in via lockbox. Late arrivals welcome with advance notice. Security: Exterior monitored by 24/7 cameras. Reservation must reflect accurate guest count.

Other Details to Note

The queen mattress is firm, which is the owner’s preference. We’ve added a memory-foam topper to make it more comfortable, and in fact, many guests really enjoy this mattress-and-memory-foam combination.

Daniel and Grace were super responsive and very proactive at making sure my partner and I were comfortable. Location is excellent and really easy to walk to downtown SJ. The space was clean and easy to access. It’s a cozy space so perfect for 1-2 travelers who need a short-term stay.

Upon check in, there were no towels available but the hosts were gracious and fast at responding. They quickly fixed the situation and contacted their cleaning crew to check on the towels and a few hours later, they brought them. They were responsive and friendly in navigating the situation!

I had a great stay at Daniel & Grace's apartment. It's simple and quiet, easy to find and the room is nice and clean with good amenities. Great place to stay when on business. The hosts are extremely accommodating, very quick to respond and very helpful. I was in need of an extra blanket and they had one sent in the shortest of time. Really much apreceated!
