Parking: Driveway reserved for the owner (available Monday nights for street cleaning). One first-come, first-served spot beside the driveway. Additional street parking nearby. Amenities & check-in: Fresh linens, toiletries, and essentials provided. Professionally cleaned before each stay. Self check-in via lockbox. Late arrivals welcome with advance notice. Security: Exterior monitored by 24/7 cameras. Reservation must reflect accurate guest count.

Other Details to Note

The queen mattress is firm, which is the owner’s preference. We’ve added a memory-foam topper to make it more comfortable, and in fact, many guests really enjoy this mattress-and-memory-foam combination.

My stay was excellent. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, peaceful, and well equipped with everything I needed. The space looked just like the photos—comfortable, modern, and well maintained. Daniel was a gracious and responsive host. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cozy spot in a great location! It is the perfect place to stay if you’re catching a show at the San Jose Civic Center or wanting to go downtown. Daniel and Grace are very kind and had great communication throughout.

Daniel was super quick to respond to any of my messages. We did have a little trouble trying to figure out the AC but Daniel was very helpful. Location was nice and no trouble with parking. Lots of outside kitties and I love it. Would definitely stay here again if I make out to San Jose again.

We came into town for two days and were sick of the pet-friendly hotels near the SAP center. Daniel & Grace's place was super-convenient. We walked downtown from their place both days. The main entrance has a little hall, and to the left is the owner's business, and the suite is on the right, so it's very private. I was so grateful to have a place that was dog-friendly, and it was quiet and convenient. Would absolutely stay again!
