Parking is available on the driveway on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking is available on Ave K 12 (no permit required). Please avoid parking in the cul-de-sac to ensure space for our neighbors.

Long-term guests are welcome, with discounts for stays of one month or more. While this is a shared home, we aim to make everyone feel comfortable. Please respect quiet hours, clean up after yourself, and label any perishable food in the fridge with your name and date. Expired items will be removed periodically. Each guest is assigned cabinet space for dry goods. Cable streaming via Spectrum is available on shared TVs. For comfort, the thermostat is pre-set to maintain 68-75°F throughout the house.
