🏡 Shared Space & Privacy – You are staying in the front part of the house, while other Airbnb guests occupy the back. • The front and back sections are completely separated by a hallway and two bathrooms. • You may hear guests in the bathroom or hallway, but quiet hours are enforced to ensure a restful stay. • Free disposable earplugs are provided in the nightstand drawer for light sleepers. 🏫 School Nearby – We are located directly across from a school, so you may hear children playing when windows and doors are open. 🎉 Small Gatherings Allowed – We love helping guests create special memories! You are welcome to host a small get-together, but please let us know in advance. • Message us with the exact number of guests visiting and staying overnight. • Respect quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. 🗑️ Trash & Recycling Guidelines – Help us keep the space clean! • Take out your trash after gatherings to avoid overflowing bins. • Use the dedicated recycling bins: • Aluminum cans, plastic, and glass bottles – flatten before placing in the bin. • Paper, plastic bags, and containers – go in the large recycle bin. • DO NOT put trash in the recycle bin—waste management will refuse to pick up our trash! • Excessive trash may result in an additional cleaning fee (Monday is our trash pickup day).
