This is a legal duplex with its own address, located behind the main house. Heating: The thermostat controls the wall heaters only—one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Cooling: The bedroom is equipped with a window AC unit, while the living room has a ceiling fan and a swamp cooler. Please note that the owner’s family and the cleaner live on-site in the main house and share the side entrance to access the backyard. They are friendly and enjoy maintaining their flower and vegetable garden. We strive to make your stay as smooth as possible—please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything.
