Our 3BR home is completely remodeled in 2022. It offers a fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances, luxurious modern Ashley leather sofa set, AC, laundry room, 55" Samsung smart TV with spectrum TV services, fast mesh network WiFi (~450Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed, bamboo pillows, etc. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app if there are any changes in advanced.

Other Details to Note

Please note, you will be sharing the backyard with guests from a separate Airbnb unit which is a completely detached guest house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since the unit has a completely separate entrance and parking. We also kept our cleaning supplies in the laundry room, so our housekeeper might occasionally come in to get their supplies. We will ask everyone to respect the privacy of each others and our neighbors, no outdoor activities during the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am. For insurance purpose, please put down the exact amount of people who will be staying after midnight. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, we are currently planning on the dream outdoor space. You might occasionally see our landscaper come in and work on the yard on the weekly basis. HOSTING ANY EVENTS We are proud of creating memories for our guests, but you need to get our permission BEFORE booking. Please read and agree with Airbnb's party ban policy - https://news.airbnb.com/official-codification-of-party-ban/ Please note, we do have anti-party sensors installed in the property (it's not security camera and it will not record any sound, but it detect crowd, noise and smoke level) The reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund with an additional $500 fine for party violation. Since we are located in the residential zone, our neighbors can report any abnormal activities like people come in and out during the quiet time through the neighborhood hotline or local authority directly. Please respect our neighbors and end ALL outdoor activities before the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am. Anyone who stayed past quiet hours must be considered in the reservation, they are no longer a guest. If we receive any complaints, there will be additional $500 fine for damaging neighborhood trust. Additionally, please clean up and take away the trash after to prevent overflowing our trash can. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fee or excess trash if we have too much trash too early, we need to physically take the trash out to dump and pay additional fees! DO NOT put trash in the recycle bin, they will refuse to pick up our trash!
