Keep in mind that outdoor activities are restricted during quiet hours, from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. For insurance purposes, it's crucial to accurately report the number of people staying overnight. We're excited about our backyard transformation and are currently crafting our dream outdoor space. Don't be surprised if you see our landscaper working on the yard weekly. REGARDING EVENTS: We're delighted to help create lasting memories, but you must get our permission BEFORE booking. Familiarize yourself with Airbnb's party ban policy here - https://news.airbnb.com/official-codification-of-party-ban/. We strictly adhere to Airbnb's definitions for small gatherings versus parties. Our property is equipped with anti-party sensors. These devices do not record sound but monitor crowd, noise, and smoke levels. Since we're in a residential zone, neighbors can report disturbances during quiet hours directly to local authorities or through a neighborhood hotline. Continued outdoor activities or having people stay past quiet hours will incur a $500 fine for neighborhood trust violation. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation.
