Welcome to our charming guest house, tucked away on our property's rear side, complete with abundant parking. The front house is home to long-term tenants, and we also have a 1,000 sq ft storage space that we use from time to time. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly request that you respect the privacy of each other and our neighbors. Please note that we have quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which outdoor activities should be minimized. For insurance reasons, we need an accurate count of overnight guests. We are currently enhancing our backyard to create an enchanting outdoor area, so you might spot our landscaper working there occasionally. EVENTS: We love being a part of your special moments, but please obtain our approval BEFORE booking. It's important to familiarize yourself with Airbnb's party ban policy, which can be found here: https://news.airbnb.com/official-codification-of-party-ban/. We strictly follow Airbnb's guidelines on gatherings. Our property includes anti-party sensors to monitor noise, crowd, and smoke levels. These are not recording devices. Any breach of our party policy results in an immediate cancellation of your reservation, with no refund and a $500 penalty. Located in a residential area, we ask that you respect our neighbors by ending outdoor activities by the quiet hours. Violations could result in a $500 fine for disturbing the peace. All guests staying after quiet hours should be accounted for in your reservation. We urge you to dispose of waste responsibly. Avoid overfilling trash bins and ensure trash is sorted correctly; failure to do so could lead to extra cleaning charges. Thank you for choosing our guest house.
