Other Details to Note

For our pet owners, please bring your pets for a walk instead of potty in the garden. The pee will kills the plants’ roots, we also don’t want to have other guests accidentally step into the poop. To be a good neighbor, please pick up after them whenever they go. We are proud of creating memories for our guests, so you are welcome to host a small get together if you let us know in advanced. Since all of our neighbors have our contact info, please messaged us exactly how many people will be visiting and staying in advanced and respect the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am. Additionally, please clean up and take away the trash after to prevent overflowing our trash can. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fee or excess trash if we have too much trash too early (Thurs is our trash pick up), we need to physically take the trash out to dump and pay additional fees! DO NOT put trash in the recycle bin, they will refuse to pick up our trash!
